Subscription Policy

Subscriptions are designed to make consistency easier — so that the herbs you rely on for your wellness journey arrive on time, every time, without you having to think about reordering.

This policy explains how H'Urban Apothika subscriptions work, your rights, and our handling of changes, payment failures, and renewals.


How Our Subscriptions Work

Our subscriptions are powered by Loop Subscriptions, integrated into our Shopify store.

When you choose a subscription option on a product page, you're agreeing to receive that product on a recurring schedule. Your payment method is charged automatically on each renewal date, and the order is shipped using the same address you provided when you signed up.

You stay in full control. Cancel, pause, modify the frequency, swap products, or update your payment method any time through your account portal — no questions asked.


Frequency Options

You can choose how often you'd like to receive your subscription:

  • Every two weeks
  • Monthly
  • Every two months
  • Quarterly

Different products may offer different frequencies based on what makes sense for that herbal blend.


Subscription Discount

Subscribers receive 10% off every renewal order, applied automatically to every subscription order.

Promotional offers and seasonal discounts may not stack with the subscription discount. We will note that on the relevant promotion when applicable.


Managing Your Subscription

You can manage every aspect of your subscription through your account portal. Sign in at our store, click your account, and you'll see your active subscriptions.

From there you can:

  • Cancel at any time, no questions asked.
  • Pause for a single cycle or longer.
  • Modify the frequency, the products, or the quantity in each delivery.
  • Skip an upcoming order without canceling.
  • Update the shipping address or the payment method on file.

24-Hour Cutoff Before Renewal

To prevent an upcoming subscription charge, please make changes at least 24 hours before your scheduled renewal date.

Charges that have already processed cannot be reversed, but the corresponding order can be canceled before it ships and the next billing cycle skipped.


Renewal Notifications

We will email you a renewal reminder before each subscription charges, so there are no surprises. The reminder includes the charge amount, the renewal date, and a quick link to your account portal in case you'd like to make changes.


Payment Failures

If a subscription charge fails (expired card, insufficient funds, etc.), we'll email you and try the charge again over the following days — 3 retries over 5–7 days. After several failed attempts, the subscription is paused and the order will not ship.

To resume a paused subscription, simply update your payment method in your account portal. We're happy to help if you run into an issue — email info@bveats.com.


Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription anytime through your account portal — no questions asked, no phone tree, no hold music.

A cancellation stops all future charges and shipments. It does not automatically refund a charge that has already processed; that order, if not yet shipped, can still be canceled before fulfillment.

If you cancel and change your mind later, you can subscribe again at any time. Your account history will be there waiting for you.


Refunds and Exchanges on Subscription Orders

Once a subscription order ships, it follows the same exchange terms as a one-time purchase: sealed, unopened items may be exchanged within 30 days of delivery; opened, used, or partially consumed goods cannot be returned or exchanged.

For damaged or incorrect orders, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll make it right at no cost to you.

Changes to Pricing or Products

We try to keep subscription pricing stable. If we need to change the price of a subscribed product, the discount, or the products available on subscription, we will notify subscribers by email at least 30 days in advance. You'll always have the option to cancel before the change takes effect.

If a product on your subscription becomes unavailable for any reason, we will pause that line of your subscription and email you. We will not substitute a different product without your permission.


Refunds for Subscription Charges in Dispute

If you believe a charge was processed in error — for example, a charge that occurred after you canceled — please email info@bveats.com with your order number. We'll review and refund any charges processed in error promptly.
