Refund policy

 

We want you to feel grounded in every purchase.

We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery for sealed, unopened items only. For the safety and integrity of our community, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or partially consumed goods. This policy protects every customer and ensures the integrity of every product we ship.

If you'd like to request an exchange:

  • Email us at info@bveats.com within 30 days of receiving your order

  • Include your order number and the item you'd like to exchange

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless we shipped something in error or the item arrived damaged)

Once we receive and inspect your item, your replacement will be shipped within 2–4 business days.

Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable. Exchanges are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to decline any exchange that does not meet our return conditions.


Subscription Orders

Subscription orders are charged automatically on the schedule you select at checkout. You can cancel, pause, or modify your subscription at any time through your account portal — no questions asked. Once a subscription order has been processed and shipped, it follows the same exchange policy as one-time orders (sealed, unopened items only, within 30 days of delivery).

To prevent an upcoming subscription charge, please make changes at least 24 hours before your scheduled renewal date. Charges that have already processed cannot be reversed, but the corresponding order can be canceled before it ships and the next billing cycle skipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, broken, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the damaged item or packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

We'll make it right at no cost to you — including replacement and return shipping when applicable. We take care of our community.
