Shipping policy

We want every order to feel cared for from the moment it leaves our hands.

Below is what to expect when you order from H'Urban Apothika.


Where We Ship

We currently ship to U.S. addresses only, including all 50 states and Washington D.C.

International shipping is not yet available. We're working toward expanding — sign up for our newsletter to be notified when we open international orders.


Processing Time

Orders are typically prepared and handed to the carrier within 2–5 business days of order placement. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

During launches, sales, restocks, or holiday seasons, processing may take slightly longer. We will let you know if your order needs more time than usual.

You will receive a shipment-confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.


Carriers

We ship via reliable U.S. carriers — primarily USPS and UPS. Carrier selection depends on your shipping address, package weight, and the option you choose at checkout.

Once a package is in the carrier's hands, transit times are determined by the carrier and are outside our direct control.


Shipping Rates and Free Shipping Threshold

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address, the items in your cart, and the shipping method you choose.

Free standard shipping on orders over $99 within the contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may be subject to additional shipping costs.


Tracking

Tracking is provided whenever the carrier supports it (which is nearly always). The tracking link arrives in your shipment-confirmation email and is also visible in your account portal.

If you don't receive a tracking link within 5 business days of placing your order, please email info@bveats.com so we can look into it.


Lost or Damaged in Transit

We pack every order with care, but rarely a package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged.

If your tracking shows the package has stopped moving for more than 7 business days, email us at info@bveats.com with your order number and we will help investigate with the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged, broken, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the damaged item or packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We'll make it right at no cost to you — including replacement and return shipping when applicable.

Shipping to the Wrong Address

If you enter an incorrect shipping address, please email info@bveats.com immediately with your order number and the corrected address. If we have not yet handed the order to a carrier, we can update it. If the order has already shipped, we cannot recall it — but we will do our best to help, and any reshipping costs are the customer's responsibility.


Subscription Orders

Subscription orders ship on the schedule you select at checkout. To change your shipping address for an upcoming subscription order, please update your account portal at least 24 hours before your scheduled renewal. Once a subscription charge has processed, the address is locked for that shipment.
