Herbal Consultation — Full (90 Minutes, In Person or Zoom)

Ninety minutes with Cameron Moore, herbalist and nutritionist, founder of H'Urban Apothika. In person at the shop, or face to face over Zoom. The long conversation, in the room.

Thirty minutes gets you a direction. Ninety gets you the whole picture. You talk through where you have been, what you eat now, how you sleep, how you move, what you have already tried. Cameron opens the jars, puts the plants in front of you, and talks you through them in depth: the traditional uses, the preparations, the bitters and the demulcents and why the old practice sequences them the way it does. Together you write down where to begin, what to add later, and what to leave alone for now.

You leave with a written set of suggestions in your own words. Foods, juices, whole-herb formulas, and the order to bring them in.

These sessions are herbal and food education in a traditional practice rather than medical care. Cameron is not a licensed physician and is not licensed by the state as a healing arts practitioner. He does not diagnose, he does not prescribe, and he will never tell you to stop or change a prescribed medication. That is your prescriber's call, always. What you leave with is a set of food and herb suggestions, not a course of medical care.

Best for: you are serious, you want the reasoning and not just the list, and you want to be in the room for it.

You will get an intake form after booking. Fill in the allergy and medication questions honestly. Many traditional plants interact with common prescriptions, and those two questions are how we keep the conversation safe.
