Herbal Consultation — Introductory (30 Minutes, Phone)

Thirty minutes on the phone with Cameron Moore, herbalist and nutritionist, founder of H'Urban Apothika.

This is the first conversation. You tell him what you eat, how you live, and what you are trying to change. He walks you through the plants: what they are, how they have traditionally been used, how they are prepared, and which of our whole-herb formulas and #JUICEBAE juices people reach for. You leave knowing where to start and why.

These sessions are herbal and food education in a traditional practice rather than medical care. Cameron is not a licensed physician and is not licensed by the state as a healing arts practitioner. He does not diagnose, and he will never tell you to stop or change a prescribed medication. That is your prescriber's call, always.

Best for: you are new to this, you want a direction, and thirty minutes is enough.

You will get a short intake form after booking. Fill in the allergy and medication questions honestly. That is how we avoid pointing you toward a plant that does not belong with something you are already taking.
